Phil recently re-rented our commercial property in Strathpine. A suitable tenant was found prior to the completion of the existing lease and a favourable rental rate was negotiated. At all times I felt Phil was a very good negotiator and was conscious he was working for the owner without risking losing the potential tenant. I am a retired real estate salesman so could have easily been a nightmare client but I felt fully informed throughout the process and even when I offered to contribute more advertising money was told 'not necessary at this point in the campaign'. Phil has provided excellent 'after sales service' attending to small issues that have arisen since the lease was signed.
